Requirements
HVAC Production Coordinator
Responsible for the coordination and logistics of all residential installation work. Manages installation crew schedules, ensures
equipment, and products are ready and available, and that jobs are scheduled. Accurately maintains all inventories of job
materials including ordering. Ensures that all job files are accurate and complete (to standard) when booking and closing out.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Assists and supports business planning when needed.
- Conduct Install Coordinator duties daily in a uniform set standard with focus and completion of each task. Duties
- Build install jobs after sold
- Order Parts for Replacement Request- Non-Warranty
- Process Due bills for work needed on install jobs.
- Dispatch for install jobs
- Create POs for Equipment and Materials, and process payment
- Secure equipment for install jobs.
- Create Trade shifts payment request for parts, materials, and equipment.
- Process Dynamic orders for installs.
- Close out Install jobs daily
- Register equipment for warranty benefits.
- Create and upload Warrantycertificate.
- UploadDocuSigncontract.
- Enterequipment into ST and add toinvoice.
- Transfer model and serial number to the invoice for:
- Condensers, Furnaces, Coils, Thermostats and Package units.
- Customer complaintsregardingproduction jobs
- Reschedules
- Project updates
- Batchingon accounting tab in ST
- Complete job invoices
- Correct/adjust jobs times-installers.
- Jobs left behind(complete by 10 am)
- Reschedule jobs that are notcomplete for realistic dates or cancel if necessary.
- For parts jobs make sureschedule according to part pickup date.
- Follow-upSold Estimate
Requirements
- Knowledge of HVAC Equipment, Materials, Parts amp;amp; Supplies.
- Knowledge of inventory and procurement practices.
- Skill in operating personal computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, and other business software.
- Skill in logic and math.
- Ability to work in a fast past environment and under pressure.
- Ability to interpret complex information or instructions into understandable job specifications, measurements, instructions, and standards.
- Ability to order and manage inventory.
- Ability to communicate with subordinates about job generalities and specificsto give instruction.
- Ability to motivate, guide and direct others to produce expected production outcomes.
