Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Review and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
- Collaborate with clients to identify tax-saving strategies and minimize tax liabilities
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- CPA license is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Expert knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with tax software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
