In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, and construction
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project success
• Oversee the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and change orders
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license
