UWorld seeks a Nurse Social Media Manager to be a social media presence and create content for UWorld Nursing’s social media channels. The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with a dynamic personality who is comfortable being an on-screen and in-person presence, and familiar with best practices on social media to grow audiences and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow UWorld Nursing’s social media channels (primarily TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube)
- Generate nursing-related content to post on a daily basis on UWorld Nursing’s social media channels
- Work with the product marketing manager to build a social media calendar of posts and activities
- Measure and analyze performance
- Contribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channel
- Stay abreast of the latest trends on the aforementioned social media platforms
Minimum Education Required

Required Skills
- Proven experience across at least one social media platform (preferably multiple)
- Showcase posts that have performed well and driven attention (for yourself or a brand you’ve represented)
- Understanding of social media ecosystems: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, etc.
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas in a collaborative environment
- Solid organizational, planning, and self-motivation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Required Experience
- Three years of experience as a licensed nurse
- Two years of professional experience handling social media
- Experience with native social media tools and content creation applications
- Portfolio required upon application
