Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will guide clients on their journey towards improved mental health.
- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your empathetic approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide holistic and comprehensive care, leveraging each other's expertise for the benefit of our clients.

Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound judgment and adherence to professional boundaries and ethics.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
