As a Gig Work Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring individuals who are interested in pursuing gig work and side hustles. You will have the opportunity to share your expertise and help community members navigate the gig economy landscape.

Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to individuals exploring gig work and side hustle opportunities
- Create and curate engaging content to inspire and educate our community
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in gig work and social media
- Collaborate with other mentors and experts to develop educational materials and interactive sessions
- Support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans for their gig work journey
- Engage and build relationships with our community members through social media platforms
- Analyze and report on the performance of our social media initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Deep understanding of the gig economy and different types of gig work
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging content and storytelling
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in gig work and entrepreneurship
