Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Tax Manager - CPA to join our esteemed client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple tax operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and delivering high-quality tax services to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for our clients
- Review and analyze complex tax returns, documents, and financial statements
- Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to tax associates and senior associates
- Stay up to date with current tax laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service
Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in tax software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
