Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients
- Review and analyze complex tax returns
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
- Participate in business development activities to expand the client base
Requirements
- CPA certification is required
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting or related field
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in tax software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required
