3-6+ month Contract Project Role | Remote or Hybrid (Consultant's Choice), Minneapolis, MN

Contract starting on March 4, 2024

$90 - $130 /hour W2 Pay Rate

Ourly is looking for an interim talented Compensation Director for a part time (10 - 15 hours per week) contract basis. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation for a public company. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and stock administration systems. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating on teams and loves the power of flexible work!

Requirements

  • Oversee the global compensation program for 1000+ employee population
  • Own executive compensation programs, including short-term incentive (STI), long-term incentive (LTI), non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) and other executive-level programs
  • Develop and maintain executive compensation plan metrics to support strategy execution including Compensation Committee matter
  • Facilitate presentation and discussion with Compensation Committee meetings to achieve alignment and approval of compensation strategies including executive compensation, annual BU targets, PSU metrics, partner with executive compensation consultant, Say on Pay strategy
  • Own compensation components required for public-company securities law filings, including proxy statements
  • Oversee and administer annual compensation planning (merit, bonus, STI, LTI etc.), including related Workday system configuration
  • Ownership of LTI and Employee Stock Purchase Plan administration
  • Prepare employee communications relating to executive compensation and broad-based programs
  • Lead compensation workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic efforts
  • Deliver compensation training to teams, leaders, and employees
  • Lead COE team of global compensation analysts
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration for public companies
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Workday
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
