About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher for a digital agency. The ideal candidate should have a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions. Key responsibilities will include,
- Designing and implementing user research projects
- Understanding qualitative research methods
- Collaborating with designers and developers
- Bridging the gap between user insights and design decisions
- Staying up-to-date on interactive design trends, and contributing to the overall success of the product.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher
- Understanding of fundamental UX concepts (user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
