Job Description

Early Childhood Development Coach - Do you love playing and teaching little ones? Then this is the opportunity for you to make a positive impact on the kids in our community through imaginative learning and physical activity.

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely enjoys children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. No Soccer Experience is need it! You will be given the tools to access prewritten lesson plans and videos for you to follow so you can focus on what is most important the joy of developing children’s social skills and teaching children the fundamentals, all while having fun.

Our coaches...

  • can work up to 20 sessions a week and can earn very competitive pay ranging from earns $30 - $40 per session after completing on-field training.

About the Company: Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete and capable of being something special. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activity across the board.

Our History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Requirements

Schedule:

The ideal candidate would be available weekday mornings (9am-12pm) and/or afternoons (2pm -4:30pm) while being open to Saturday as needed for summer camps, soccer club partnerships, etc.

Location:

Classes are held across schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Williamson and Travis County. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location with additional compensation.

Required soft skills and professional skills:

  • Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
  • Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 10 years old independently
  • Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
