As the Senior TA Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and retain top talent to support our mission of providing meals to those in need during times of crisis.

As the SeniorTalent Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief People Officer and hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. You will be instrumental in showcasing our company culture and brand to attract highly qualified candidates.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading our international efforts in attracting and selecting new employees and independent contractors
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on realistic expectations
- Designing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract diverse and highly skilled candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, regulations, and industry trends
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and be familiar with recruitment tools and technologies internationally and in the US.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will also be critical in effectively assessing candidate qualifications and selecting the best fit for our organization.

Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of international talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate
