In this role, your responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should have a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and be familiar with recruitment tools and technologies internationally and in the US.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will also be critical in effectively assessing candidate qualifications and selecting the best fit for our organization.
