Senior Financial Analyst

ARServices is seeking Financial Analysts, Senior, to provide financial management support on a Navy Financial Management program. You will:

• Help prepare Navy Program Executive Office budgets
• Measure organizational performance
• Assess the effects of programs and policies on proposed budgets
• Assess budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives
• Assist with:

• Guidelines and policies for Navy budgets
• Conducting training sessions on budget procedures
• Producing executive summaries

• Coordinate financial activities across Navy Program Offices
• Manage finances across multiple funding types
• Track budgets, costs, and variances across multiple programs
• Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements
• Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another similar field
• At least eight and no more than 12 years of experience in Business and Financial Management, Accounting, or a similar field
• Minimum Secret Clearance Required
