Position SummaryDroneUp is seeking an energetic HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resource Team. This role will be responsible administratively for supporting the full employment cycle of all DroneUp employees. Responsibilities include administrative tasks related to onboarding, equipment disbursement, background checks, drug screening, I-9 verification through E-Verify, and assisting employees and leaders with questions or concerns. As an HR support specialist, you will also be responsible for assisting in processing employee payroll and employee deductions of benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and 401K. This role is system- and data-based using various software programs. This role requires a self starter with the ability to problem solve and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
