Job Description

AutogenAI is seeking an energetic, organized, and highly motivated individual to join our U.S. team as a Marketing Coordinator, specializing in Events amp; Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and promoting events, webinars, and speaking opportunities, as well as helping drive the company's public relations and thought leadership efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the identification, planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and online events for various audiences, including prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to confirm and organize event logistics and complete deliverables.
  • Maintain events calendar and other necessary planning documents.
  • Lead the promotion of select events across social media and email marketing.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to increase brand awareness and secure opportunities for collaboration.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content, such as socia medial posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, eBooks, and blogs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for press and media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and assist in drafting media responses.
  • Monitor online platforms and social media channels for brand mentions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, provide recommendations for brand positioning.
  • Position reports directly to Head of Marketing, Americas.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in event management and communications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation and familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Hubspot/CRM preferred.
  • Experience with Canva or other similar design platform preferred.

  • The salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, with a bonus tied to sales team hitting target.
