Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Environmental Services and Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Water Resources Engineer in Marlborough, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Performing design and analysis of roadway stormwater treatment and conveyance systems, including drainage pipe networks, culverts, inlets, retention/detention ponds, roadside swales, and other stormwater management facilities.
- Conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling.
- Preparation of construction and bid documents (plans, specifications, and estimates).
- Technical writing and report documentation.
- Client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or environmental engineering
- Proficiency with Hamp;H models, such as HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, StormCAD, HY-8, etc.
- Working knowledge of MassDOT and MassDEP standards
- PE preferred
- Stormwater experience desired
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred
- Desire to learn other design software programs
