Job Description
Seeking a RN or LPN to help with our In-Home Nursing department in the Lake of the Ozark, and Jefferson City areas.
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our In-Home nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.
Pay Range: $25-$35 per visit
Availability: Part Time, Weekday Visits

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
- Follow state approved care plan.
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the state of MO
- In Home experience preferred
- Terms must be met to receive Sign on Bonus.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
