Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the roofing industry. In this role, you will be our customers' primary point of contact, providing assistance information and resolving any issues or concerns they may have regarding roofing products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication channels.
  • Provide information about roofing products, services, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating deliveries or installations.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or inquiries in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide assistance with any additional requests.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
