We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is central to our business and you should be a Digital Marketing Expert who has an excellent understanding of Marketing strategies and Marketing campaigns, as well as processes and people management. We are looking for someone to own and help us manage our ongoing Content, Design, and Paid Media initiatives by implementing effective strategies for continued growth. You will work across different teams including Product, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing vendors and others.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the CEO.

This is a hybrid position. Candidate must be able to commute to the Santa Clara office 3 days per week.

Candidates with authorization to work in the US preferred. No new H1B visas will be processed but a H1B transfer may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop/Analyze Marketing Campaigns to align with company goals and KPIs, scrutinizing all aspects to achieve highest levels of efficiency
  • Work with team members to ensure a fully integrated approach to campaign and content development
  • Create a digital marketing roadmap to drive website traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate/Brainstorm amongst the marketing team and other departments on new marketing initiatives
  • Assign tasks and monitor the execution of those tasks to assure success
  • Manage the Digital Marketing strategy and identify KPI and ROI goals that align with the overall company goals
  • Forecast sales performance across the marketing team to assure that we are always executing on the correct tasks and projects
  • Manage vendor/freelance resources for projects as needed.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns and relationships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, interpret information, and make recommendations to Director of Marketing
  • Oversee marketing data, analytics, and emerging trends to strategize ways to increase market share.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , Advertising, or related field
  • 7 to 10 years Digital Marketing Management experience in e-commerce or a similar online business, and 3 years as a people manager
  • Expert level understanding of all aspects of Digital and Online Marketing including: Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, Online Paid Media, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage effectively within a remote, multi-functional team. This position will be managing a Digital Marketing team consisting of: Content Writers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Specialist and related service provider and vendors.
