Ally Pediatric Therapy focuses on helping children with autism develop their verbal and social skills. We have created a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with evidence-based treatment methods rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior. This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to achieve the best outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, and social skills
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in working with children with autism
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and treatment methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Benefits
- Compensation: CCC-SLP: $75,000+ depending on experience
- CF-SLP: $60,000-$65,000
