Assembly is looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager, POE will be responsible for supporting the project managers, client experience, and finance teams associated with their assigned account(s).
Responsibilities:
- Capture and track all client needs, requests and communications coming from status calls, ad hoc calls, email,and Teams requests
- Own and track project deliverables, ensuring all team members (internal and external) understand and adhere to roles,expectations, deliverables and timelines
- Request and confirm campaign assets and needs between agency, vendors, and client
- Facilitate internal and external (client) communication related to campaigns and ad hoc/ongoing deliverablesthrough weekly client calls
- Find efficiencies and manage communications for the billing and reconciliation processes internally as well as with the client
- Develops resource plans by working with business leaders to ensure appropriate resources are in place andavailable
- Managing, designing, and translating reporting within Excel documents
- Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter on all tasks with updates during regular team check-ins
- Executeprojectplans by managing and overseeing resource assignments, managing scope, facilitatingmeetings, and assisting with defining technical solutions and directions
- Evaluate and provide leadership and support to larger CEL Project Management team
- Engaging the appropriate stake holders prior to making any major changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Extreme attention to detail on deliverables as well as thorough checks and balances
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Prisma, and MediaOcean a plus
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with variety of media tools and software
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Excelincluding formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
