Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture and planning firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Designer in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Perform architectural assignments, compile data, perform design computations;
- Prepare architectural drawing, execute 'red-lined' revisions and develop details from sketches generated by Project Architects;
- Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents, and ensure integrated design approaches and solutions;
- Assist in construction administration and observe architectural features of projects in construction;
- Perform graphic tasks according to the Page Project Delivery Manual;
- Knowledge of coordination with specifications;
- Understand the implications of building codes and other regulatory requirements;
- Use technology and methodologies to create innovative approaches to building design;
- Champion technical quality of work produced by keeping abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preferred;
- 3+ years of experience;
- Working knowledge of REVIT required;
- Possess a desire to become LEED accredited as well as a Registered Architect.
