Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies [accross Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube] and email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices, buying and optimization, as well as experience developing email marketing funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Develop, execute and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute content for campaigns.
  • Craft and execute Brightwild’s market positioning and brand awareness strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing and paid media management.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klayvio, or Constant Contact.
  • Proven experience in paid media buying and optimization, with a track record of driving successful campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
