Control Risks is looking to hire a Product Security Intelligence Specialist for a Fortune 500 client.
The Product Security Intelligence Analysts will execute the following:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of brand protection issues including counterfeiting, diversion and tampering of consumer health goods.
- Monitor and analyse online marketplaces, social media, and other open-source intelligence to identify potential violations of brand rights, IP and product diversion.
- Analyse multiple internal data sources to identify linkages and patterns to support the triage process for new incidents; support ongoing investigations; and to build the intelligence picture of illicit supply chains.
- Set and deliver against structured action and collection plans for each investigation.
- Review, assess and obtain alignment from the Regional Manager on Vendor investigative plans (IP) and estimated budgets.
- Support the investigative process and suggest modifications to IPs and budgets as required.
- Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, engage with internal and external stakeholders in determining appropriate investigative strategies.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on investigations referred for enforcement.
- Ensure investigative records are maintained in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner and related metrics are appropriately captured in the case management and intelligence management systems.
- Assist in conducting periodic vendor performance assessments.
- Support local evidence storage and destruction processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Extensive experience in the analysis industry, in particular in a security centre or similar.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
- Proven ability to manage a team of analysts.
- Must act with transparency and integrity, instilling trust in everyone you interact with.
- Must be innovative and resourceful and are motivated by a desire to take initiative and find solutions to complex problems.

- The base salary range for this position in Washington is $55,000-$68,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
