Job Description

Atlantic Research Group (ARG), a distinguished Contract Research Organization (CRO) known for our impactful work in oncology, immunology, and neurology clinical trials, seeks a Clinical Systems Administrator / Software Developer. Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Solid experience in software development and systems administration, with a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial software, databases, and a dedication to data integrity and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Python is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud is preferred.

Your Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced clinical trial software solutions.
  • Safeguard system and data integrity and security.
  • Set up and maintain hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability of technology resources.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to support trial objectives, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and provide training on new technologies, including AI.
  • Promote technological innovation and continuous improvement.

Location:

This position is based in our Charlottesville, Virginia office, requiring your presence at least two days a week to foster collaboration and innovation.
