Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and financial abilities to provide tailored solutions
  • Market and promote properties using various strategies and tools
  • Negotiate and mediate between buyers and sellers to ensure a fair and honest transaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
