Job Description
The Construction Laborer is a fundamental part of the construction team at Riley Projects, providing versatile support across various tasks on the job site. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of field operations and ensuring that projects progress efficiently. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform various tasks at all phases of construction, including but not limited to general cleaning, demolition, site prep, framing, insulation, drywall, MEP, painting, and finishing.
· Operate various tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
· As needed, assist skilled tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
· Manage materials, including delivery, inventory, inspection, and proper storage.
· Ensure job site cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe working environment.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively.
· Adapt to various tasks as required, showing flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
· Engage in traffic management and control and guide vehicles on construction sites.
· Provide your own (hammer, square, level, etc) and small power tools (drill, screw gun, skill saw, multi-tool, Sawzall)
· Transportation: provide your own pick-up truck to get smaller material orders
