To enhance our Sales endeavors, we're actively seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Your role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our top sales pipeline in North America. You'll schedule meetings for potential and existing customers, prioritizing community engagement over cold outreach. Using your sales skills, you'll reach out to leads and build customer connections with a solution-oriented mindset. Collaborating with Account Executives, Consultants, and fellow Sales Representatives is crucial, with guidance from our SDR Team Lead based in Germany. Join us in transforming developers into delighted customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving or exceeding monthly lead engagement goals, scheduling meetings, and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Qualifying, nurturing, and generating leads across various channels
  • Expanding the pipeline via demand generation and targeted campaigns
  • Conducting product/service presentations and contributing innovative sales ideas
  • Help cultivating superior customer relationships with prospects

What we are looking for:

  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in an autonomous environment
  • Preferably, 6+ months of sales or customer-centric experience
  • Comfortable discussing software development and presenting technical information
  • US-based, with a preference for the East Coast. Some overlap required with European time zones

Where to work from?

Your role will be remote, as we do not have physical offices in the US. However, you are warmly invited to visit our HQs in Finland once or twice a year for our Vaadin Connected week.
