We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to enhance the capabilities of our robotic fleet. In this role, you will analyze data from our robots, develop monitoring tools, and collaborate with various teams to refine our systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and collaborative abilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Requirements Definition: Extract and analyze data from the robotics fleet to inform software and hardware development
  • Monitoring Tool Development: Design and implement tools to track new features and overall robot performance
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with field operations, product teams, and software developers for system integration
  • System Integration and Testing: Manage the integration of subsystems within the robotics fleet and conduct comprehensive testing
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance based on data analysis and strategic planning
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve complex system-level issues in collaboration with engineering teams

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or a related industry
  • Proficient in SQL, time series analysis, machine learning, and Python
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining and solving complex problems
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • Independent worker capable of identifying and prioritizing project needs
