Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors Needed (Telehealth)
We are a well-established therapist network fully dedicated to providing remote mental health care services. Our team of licensed therapists is committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges through virtual therapy sessions.
Full-time position available with flexible scheduling options to accommodate counselors' availability.
As part of our network, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own space. Our network provides a supportive and collaborative virtual environment for both therapists and clients, ensuring seamless and effective therapy sessions.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
- Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
- Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.
