Job Description

Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Position Available

We are a center for recovery and healing. In addition to traditional recovery services, provides a supportive environment where patients can drop in to work on life skills and seek support wherever they are in their recovery. Our unique treatment approach engages the whole person in the healing process and encourages loved ones to be involved in treatment in order to build a solid foundation for lasting recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals; coordinate all services throughout treatment
  • Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment.
  • Facilitates, establishes and reviews with each patient the initial treatment plan
  • Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
  • Other related duties as determined by supervisor

Salary Range:

  • Salary ranges from $100,000.00 to 120,000.00 per year

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid licensed as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing marriage and family therapy services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals a plus.
  • Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
