Parallel Employment is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in the warehousing industry. As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to ensure we meet our production goals. You'll work closely with our team to ensure our products are of the highest quality and are completed on time.

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
• Load and unload materials into CNC machines
• Inspect parts and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet specifications
• Monitor machines to ensure they're operating efficiently and safely
• Maintain working area and equipment by cleaning and performing routine maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure the best possible outcome

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience working with CNC machines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Working knowledge of CNC programming
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
