Requirements
Skills Required:
• Electrical Engineering background
• Licensed Electrician or Electrical Technician
• Experience in supporting automated equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft applications for documentation
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Robust safety background
• Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to production and quality area issues
• Effectively troubleshoot automation issues
• Collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Team to identify and address root causes of reported issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the site Automation Team or Engineering
• Replace or swap relevant IT equipment (PCs, network devices, printers) to resolve issues
• Document reported issues, including time of occurrence, details, and triage performed
• Provide regular reports to the next shift and management
