Job Description
The Team Lead is directly responsible for the day to day operations and team members to ensure all departmental and warehouse goals are achieved. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to product receiving, product replenishing, processing returns, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, equipment maintenance, employee training, safety, staffing, and scheduling.
*STAND UP FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE A MUST*
**NOTE (Out of season Tuesday through Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm. In season Monday through Wednesday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 3:30pm)
Essential job functions and expectations include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate and collaborate with fulltime and seasonal associates.
• Train, Guide and evaluate new employees
• Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required.
• Process Paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Releasing order on required times
• Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
• Three (3) years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with one (1) year in a Leadership role.
• High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Desired Skills:
• Forklift and reach truck experience/license a MUST
• Ability to work different shifts
