Parallel Employment is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Custodian's to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients facilities. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

• Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, shared spaces, workspaces, grounds, and workshop areas
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize shared spaces and workspaces as per daily duties
• Occasionally operate floor scrubbing equipment, sanitizing equipment, vacuums, and other tools as required
• Promptly and effectively respond to any unforeseen emergencies
• Collaborate closely with different departments to identify and promote continuous improvement and safety measures
• Provide daily support to the operations team

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
• Prior experience in floor scrubbing and housekeeping in a distribution environment is a plus
• Good attendance is critical
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8 hours per day
