Due to high client demand, we have immediate full-time job openings for licensed mental health therapists who are either looking for a brand-new career opportunity, or a supplemental income. You will serve as active part of a fully remote team that provides assessment and treatment services to stable, low acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to assist individuals by helping them develop the necessary skills to improve their quality of life.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat
- Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
- Help clients develop insights into their experience, feelings, and relationships
- Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan, and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
- Active licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD in the state
- Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adult population
- Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
- Must welcome treatingallpopulations, comfortable working with a diverse range of mental health disorders and committed to delivering culturally responsive care.
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
