We are seeking an Inventory and Audit Specialist for our Frame Department. The general responsibilities for this position are to assist our optical lab in producing quality eyewear as well as providing great customer service to our retail offices. This position will primarily maintain inventory room stock levels.
You will learn how to:
· Unpack and sort courier bins from retail offices
· Maintain inventory room stock levels
· Order frames through external vendors
· Check in and receive frame stock
· Pull frames for patient orders
· Respond to internal email communications
This is an hourly, full-time position with a full benefits package. While optical knowledge is preferred, it is not necessary for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is:
· Able to prioritize tasks
· Independently motivated
· A problem solver
The selected candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work. They also must already know Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
