Requirements
As our chosenMulti-siteMaintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed/requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area, snow removal, trash pick-up, etc. Additionally, you will perform duties to turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met. Our Multi-site Maintenance Technician will float between our beautiful apartment communities within ourMinneapolis and Hopkins, MNportfolio.
To thrive in this role:
One plus year’s relevant experience, multi-family a plus, 100 or more units
Must have ability to float between multiple properties in the Minneapolis and Hopkins area
Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.
