Caperion Computing, a leading IT Consulting and Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a Senior Network Administrator / Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clients' network infrastructure and systems, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance. As a Senior Network Administrator / Systems Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and provide exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure for multiple clients
- Identifying and resolving complex network and system issues
- Performing regular network monitoring and maintenance activities
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement technical solutions
- Ensuring the security and integrity of clients' networks and systems
- Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices
- Documenting network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices
- Strong understanding of server infrastructure and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred
