We are looking for a high caliber Office Coordinator dedicated to compliance, record-keeping, project management, and following highly organized processes.

Scope of Duties

At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:

What You Will Do:

· Provide excellent record-keeping and information management

· Provide assistance to the Executive Director, ensuring detailed messages and relaying of information

· Maintain complete and organized digital and paper records

· Provide assistance to customers with a cheerful, professional, can-do attitude

· Manage the office operations and assist in planning for office events

· Keep an inventory of ongoing office supply needs

· Maintain an orderly, clean, welcoming and professional office atmosphere

Requirements

· Strong sense of professionalism

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Good project tracking and information management skills

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset

· Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills

· Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
