We're a growing, locally-owned Integrated Mosquito Control Company, and we provide contract services to city and municipal entities.

We're hiring for an Experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team before busy season kicks off!

You don't need any prior Pest Control Experience - that's not what this position is. You'll be managing the logistics of our customers, team, and vehicles as we cover routes across North Texas. Leadership, Customer Service, and great management skills are essential!

This role is approximately 70% Office Based, and 30% Field-based. We will need you out in the field supporting our team and problem solving during busy season!

Pay range is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, with room to grow from there.

Since 2006, Municipal Mosquito has helped to protect the public health for hundreds of thousands of our North Texas neighbors.We emphasize Integrated Mosquito Management practices based upon least toxic control methods.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of Field Operations Management experience
• Does not have to be in pest control! This is a great opportunity for someone who worked as a construction superintendent or other field-centric role managing multiple vendors and moving parts.
• Valid driver's license with a Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable working overtime hours during busy season
• Comfortable working in the field up to 30% of the time supporting and training the team
