Job Description
Covalent Networks Inc. seeks Director of Product Engineering Strategy for Boston, MA company. Duties include: Drive, guide, and lead innovation of product engineering solutions for Qualification Management software and platform for industrial clients across aerospace, defense, automotive, and chemical sectors. Position requires BS or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field w/ 5 years’ experience in product research and development of frontline workforce management solutions for use in industrial environments, including automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. Position also requires experience in following skills (may be gained concurrently): 5 years’ experience in design of product strategy for large manufacturing firms (5,000+ Employees), including identifying product requirements, developing strategic roadmap, and driving development of manufacturing production for technology products; 5 years’ experience in developing products with disruptive manufacturing technologies such as Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Augmented amp; Virtual Reality (AR/VR) and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), with additional skill sets required.
