Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team and be a key player in the strategy and growth of our Bath division. As a Regional Account Manager, you'll play a vital role as a key advisor to our dealers, serving as their strategic partner in all aspects of their business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with our dealers and provide them with comprehensive support in marketing, production, sales, and overall business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support dealers in marketing, production, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth using sales history data and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between dealers and internal departments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among dealers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, conveying positive and constructive feedback to the organization.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and industry trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, serving as a bridge between them and the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (Home Improvement highly preferred) and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for 75% the year.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
