Our fully remote team offers assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults with various mental health needs. Our aim is to help individuals improve their quality of life by assisting them in acquiring the necessary skills. As a part of our team, you will:
Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to enhance their mental health.
Encourage clients to discuss their emotions and experiences to help them gain insight into themselves and their relationships.
Serve as a client advocate and aid them in defining their goals.
Assess clients' mental conditions and create and execute treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $115k $130K per year depending on hours worked
- $52,000 per year for part-time
- Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors

Requirements
How to Qualify?
To qualify for the role, all counselors are required to possess the following:
1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
3. Strong computer literacy skills
To become a successful counselor, you also need to have the following skills:
- Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
