We create a comfortable and supportive environment for both clients and therapists. You have the flexibility to work remotely or in-office, depending on your preference and the needs of your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health status and individual needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client’s goals and promote their overall well-being.
- Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive change.
- Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients through virtual sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, addressing urgent mental health concerns with compassion and expertise.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $115k to $130k per year for full-time
Requirements
How to Qualify:
- Must have a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journey.
- Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
- Have a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.
