We are seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors for full-time positions. You'll have the flexibility to create your own work schedule while providing vital support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Your Role as a Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Counselor:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to support clients' mental health journeys.
• Encourage open discussion of emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Advocate for clients' needs and assist in setting achievable goals.
• Evaluate clients' mental well-being, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement solution-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.

Your clients:

• All clients undergo pre-screening and are stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns.
• You won't be working with severe mental health cases.
• We match you with clients aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
