Project Manager - New Product Introduction
Endeavor Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful introduction of new products to the market.
As the Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the timely and efficient launch of new products. You will develop and execute project plans, monitor project progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new product introduction projects from concept to commercialization
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Allocate resources and establish project priorities
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and financials
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in new product introduction projects within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
