Dew Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Supply Manager to join our Retail OPS team. The Global Supply Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our retail partners. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners and resolve any delivery issues.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
