Our client, a well-established CPA firm, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Tax Accountant. This role is ideal for a CPA Candidate who is passionate about tax compliance and enjoys working with clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
- Assist clients with tax planning and strategies
- Communicate with clients to provide tax advice and guidance
- Prepare financial statements and reports for tax purposes
- Ensure compliance with tax filing deadlines and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary tax information
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Currently pursuing CPA certification or already a CPA candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a CPA firm
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
