What You’ll DoData analysis forms the foundation of any successful business. Our Data team owns the pipelines through which our data runs, the dashboards that surface key metrics, and provides a critical role in helping teams understand how our products and services are performing in the real world.What You’ll Do
- AdministerComplex Business Applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, OneLogin, Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, Airtable, Malwarebytes, etc.
- Provision and de-provision user’s access to core IT systems and services
- Set up computers for new employees (account creation, software installation, etc.)
- Manage users inside IAM Directory Services
- Configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain all desktops, laptops, mobile devices and all other firm approved technology peripherals
- Answer telephone, Slack, and e-mail inquiries promptly, and troubleshoot and manage all hardware, software, and/or network related issues that arise
- Log all computer serial numbers into NTWRK’s Asset Inventory System
- Configure endpoints with Meraki Systems Manager Mobile Device Management
- Diagnose, support, maintain, and troubleshoot all Mac/PC hardware issues
- Configure other office required equipment such as Google Meet conference systems and Nest security cameras.
- Other related duties per need and management direction
Who You Are
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Dropbox, OneLogin, Adobe CC, Slack, Office 365, Airtable, Antivirus, etc.
- Solid understanding of IAM Directory Services such as Active Directory or Google Workspace
- Ability to create and developKnowledge Base Articles / Support Documentation
- Experience configuring networking systems (Cisco Meraki or equivalent) and familiarity with VOIP Phone Systems
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best-practices
- Capability to learn new systems and research and troubleshoot issues in computer and network systems
- Solutions-oriented mindset for problem solving and providing technical support value to end users
